- required opening order and reader-power allocation
- freight, setup, signage, and replacement parts
- reorder minimums and lead time
- damage, credit, and discontinued-style rules
- responsibility if the program is removed
Calculate the real program cost
Include landed inventory, payment timing, backstock, front-end floor space, staff reset time, and replenishment. Compare the total with gross-profit contribution, in-stock rate by power, and reorder quality.
Protect pharmacy operations
A larger fixture is not better if it blocks prescription flow or requires more staff involvement. The display should support self-service selection and preserve common reader powers.
Set review rules
At 30 days, validate placement and power availability. At 60 days, correct recurring gaps. At 90 days, review profit, reorders, aging, and whether the fixture earns its space.
