Sources and catalog readiness
Existing Shopify barcode values, including leading zeros, are preserved except for 18 documented collision replacements. The previous values remain searchable and appear in CSV exports as historical references. All 696 codes recovered from 15 saved reader-label PDFs match Shopify. Active, draft and archived records remain available so older bin labels can be located. Test products, cases and displays are excluded.
Rows without a SKU are flagged. A product marked Active is not a confirmation of physical stock or final catalog selection. Cleo (321) has 44 active Shopify variants verified against the saved Frames.xlsx master: four colors across 11 powers. Its product page is published to the online store. The remaining catalog-only candidates still need reconciliation. This is a saved snapshot; later Shopify edits require a register refresh.
CSV exports contain full SKU, power, source, review issue and the existing category-level Retail UPC and previous internal barcode fields. The retail field references the existing Readers or Sunglasses tag based on the Shopify product type. Keep it separate from the unique item barcode when importing into an ordering system. Confirm the rep group's MarketTime mapping before importing. Existing bin codes must not be presented as verified retail UPCs.
