Clarify the agreement
- fixture ownership and return terms
- opening inventory and power allocation
- freight, assembly, signage, and replacement parts
- reorder minimums and lead times
- damage and credit rules
- conditions if the program ends
Calculate total program cost
Include landed inventory, payment timing, setup, backstock, accessible floor space, maintenance, and the cost of power stockouts. Compare with contribution, visitor requests, availability, and reorders.
Protect accessibility and role boundaries
The fixture must be approachable and easy to read. Staff should not be expected to diagnose or prescribe through a retail display.
