Clarify what is included

- required opening order
- freight, assembly, signage, and replacement parts
- reorder minimums and lead times

Calculate total operating cost
Include landed inventory, payment timing, backstock, front-end space, reset and refill time, and the cost of stockouts. Compare with weekly contribution, power availability, reorders, and inventory age.
Choose the right size, not the largest free size
