A free display for a casino or gaming resort is not a free retail program. The fixture may be supplied, but the property still commits inventory, freight or setup where applicable, retail space, field support, and replenishment.
Clarify the agreement

- damage, credit, substitution, and discontinued-style rules
- relocation and exit terms
Calculate the real property cost
Include landed merchandise, payment timing, installation, backstock, outlet space, staff or field labor, reporting, and inventory carried across events. Compare with location-level contribution, stockouts, reorders, and aging.
Avoid fixture-led expansion
Do not add outlets merely because displays are supplied. Pilot locations, define event and daypart review rules, and confirm each fixture can be maintained.
