Order Processing

Orders are processed Monday through Friday during normal business hours. We ship most orders within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods and Rates

Retail Orders

  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and service

  • Free shipping promotions apply only to standard shipping

  • Express and overnight options are excluded from free shipping offers

  • USPS retail packages include up to 100 dollars of insurance automatically

Wholesale Orders

  • Shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • We use Ground service or the most cost-effective carrier option unless otherwise requested

  • Faster services including 2-day, overnight, or express are available at the client’s request and billed at actual cost

  • Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified

Insurance for Wholesale Orders

  • Insurance is not automatically included in wholesale shipments

  • Clients may request insurance at the time of order and the cost will be added

  • For troubled or high-risk delivery locations we may require wholesale shipments to be insured and the cost will be billed to the customer

Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery is usually 3–7 business days within the continental United States

  • Expedited and overnight options are available at the client’s request for an additional charge

  • Wholesale Ground delivery times vary depending on destination but are usually 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

A confirmation email with tracking details is sent once your order ships. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit contact us immediately at info@majorframes.com. Claims must be reported within 7 business days of delivery.

International Shipping

We primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be accepted on a case-by-case basis. Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees.

Wholesale Shipping Notes

  • Orders are shipped in cartons via USPS, UPS, or FedEx Ground by default

  • We select the most affordable carrier option unless the customer requests faster service

  • Expedited shipping can be arranged at the client’s request and expense

  • Insurance is available upon request and may be required for high-risk delivery areas

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery information and ensure someone is available to receive shipments. Redelivery or address correction fees will be billed to the customer

  • Backorders may be combined and shipped together unless otherwise requested
